Scott Hahn Luncheon in Birmingham

I received an email yesterday from John Martignoni of the Bible Christian Society, based in Birmingham, Alabama. There will be a luncheon in Birmingham on Wednesday, July 9, at which Dr. Scott Hahn will speak, open to anyone high school age or up. Here is the email: if you live in the Birmingham area, this looks like a great opportunity! I already bought my ticket and I hope to see you there!

The Catholic Businessmen and Professionals Luncheons are returning, but they’re not just for businessmen and professionals anymore. They will be open to men or women, high school age and up. The first luncheon has been confirmed for Wednesday, July 9th, from 11:30am – 1:00pm, at The Club. Our speaker will be one of the most, if not the most, pre-eminent Catholic speakers in the country today: Dr. Scott Hahn.

The cost of the luncheon is $26 if paid by credit card or PayPal, or $25 if you send in a check. Bring your spouse, bring a friend, bring a co-worker…

To reserve your spot at the luncheon, you can pay online via the Bible Christian Society web site ($26 credit card or PayPal), or mail a check for $25 to:

Bible Christian Society
PO Box 424
Pleasant Grove, AL 35127

[If you take the online route, John Martignoni will send you an email confirming that he received your payment.]

Seating is limited, so the sooner you sign up, the better.

By the way, if you pay now and something comes along that will cause you to miss the luncheon, you have until 48 hours before the luncheon to notify me and receive a full refund.

We will be unable to accommodate walk-ups the day of the luncheon, so you need to make your reservation beforehand.

While over at the Bible Christian Society web site, be sure to check out the many free apologetics resources that they offer: CDs, audio downloads, a long list of “2-minute Apologetics” (short Q&As on the faith so that you can explain it to others), etc. Great site!
